Returns/Refund


If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase We understand things happen, which is why SheApp is dedicated to making the return/exchange process beautifully simple for you. If you're not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, just contact our customer support team through email, 

live chat or social media to start the return/exchange process.


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days from delivery date have gone unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


If products are defected/damaged (if applicable)


We replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error to be reported instantly. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@she-app.com.


Refunds:


Cash on delivery payments will be refunded through Vodafone cash, bank transfer or a gift card to be used again at our website.
